Terms	Terms and Conditions 1 Practitioner Supplies reserves the right to change prices and products specification as necessary. 2 Practitioner Supplies will accept no responsibility for damaged goods, shortages or defects unless the customer has inspected the goods upon delivery and notified us immediately of any problems. 3 Practitioner Supplies will not accept responsibility for braces etc that do not fit the customer. Sizing in this catalogue should only be used as a guide. 4 Any returns of goods not required must be notified to Practitioner Supplies within 7 days of delivery. Practitioner Supplies will not accept returns on products, which have been specifically ordered for that customer, or order on request only products. Practitioner Supplies may charge a restocking fee of up to 15%. 5 Once Practitioner Supplies approves the return of a Product the Product must be returned with a copy of the original invoice and be returned in original condition with undamaged packaging etc. 6 The company must be given the opportunity to inspect any products and investigate any claims before a credit will be issued. 7 Return of the product is the customer's responsibility including all freight or postage costs and must be performed within 14 days of delivery. Any returns after 14 days may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply at the discretion of Practitioner Supplies. 9 Practitioner Supplies will replace free of charge any parts or products deemed to faulty (due to workmanship) returned to us within the manufacturers warranty period. The manufacturer will determine whether the product or part is faulty. 10 For account customers invoices must be paid within 30 days or an interest charge of up to 15% may apply on overdue payments. 11 Practitioner Supplies reserves the right to include a surcharge on credit card payments, which match the credit company's surcharges in particular on payments over $1000. This would be at the discretion of Practitioner Supplies and should be discussed at time of placing orders. 12 Customers are required to return all hire equipment by the due date or further charges may be levied. If the equipment has been hired for a patient by an organization further hire not approved by that organization may become the responsibility of the patient or the practitioner who has organized the equipment hire. 13 It is up to the Practitioner to determine the suitability of a product for their patient. 14 Practitioner Supplies will not accept returns of products that have been used under any circumstances unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
